I just notice this bug when trying to recreate the effect at the end of the solo for Rush's Tom Sawyer.
Setup pitch modulation by using Osc3 and the Mod Wheel to control the amount of modulation. While holding a note, keep moving the wheel back and forth from nothing to full. About 1 out 3, the base pitch of the vibrato will be on a wrong note.
