Presets not saved in Logic

When i close and then reopen a Logic song which i have used an instance of Analog Factory on it doesn't save the preset. It has right sound but if i've tweaked it from the original this is always lost, any ideas. Using on Intel Mac/Logic 7.2. Thanks
