Problems with demo of Brass 1.0 on steinberg key

Hi, i have a problem with the demo of Brass 1.0.

I tried the demo if Brass 1.0 until it run out (14 Days). This was month ago.
Now I wanted to update from cubase 4.5 to cubase 5.

But the syncrosoft lizenz kontroll center said now, there´s a "transfer floating" lizenz on the usb key and I cannot upgrade cubase.

I seems as there had been someting wrong when I installed Brass 1.0. for serveral month. I havent yet installed Brass 1.0 anymore. And the demo activation code at this time is gone too.

can some help me or give me a hint, how to delete this Brass 1.0 Demo Lizenz?

Did you ever solved you problem? By looking at all the UN-Replied messages on this forum it seems to me that they pay to the forums the same attention that they pay to their customers.

I too have a problem with my dongle key and license. But in my case I PURCHASED the product and still can not use it.  ARTURIA: NO RESPONCE at all YET.

I just replied you, whose case was posted yesterday, I think I am pretty within the normal lead time (24 to 48 hours), no?
A simple LCC update shall solve it all, as usual.
