Invalid Registration number ?

Many thanks in advance for any help you can offer me, I am pulling my
hairs out today !   I just received my boxed CS-80v and tried to
install it, but I get an error message saying my CD key is invalid.  
It looks similar to my reg keys for Storm and MMV(I own both), and the box is brand new, I can still smell the ink !!! I tried the number(thinking
mayber it was the CD) on the Aurturia registration page and get the
same result.  Please, I would like to use the software which I
gainfully purchased, any help will be appreciated...  My email is srivera@isnbroadband.net, I would love to start using your wonderful product.

Just bought the CS 80V and am unable to install it or register it using the number on the CD case. Were the supplied serial numbers incorrect for this product?

Just bought a boxed CS-80V and I get exactly the same problem - the registration won't work either during the installation or on the website.

I had my number written on a plastc card similar to a credit card. Did you find such card in your box?

On the card in mine as well.  Still the wrong number though.

Cedric at Arturia is on the case.  Just sent him some photos as proof of purchase etc. so hopefully I'll get a working license number soon.
