I needed to post an issue here but it looks like the forum is being spammed badly. Arturia need to sort that out, perhaps?
Anyway, is anyone having/had authorisation issues with Spark? I bought it as part of the V-Collection, which is all working fine, except Spark, which keeps saying it is not authorised and will only run in demo mode.
This wouldn't have been an issue if:
a) It told me this before I started using it in a full session (it will run totally fine for about an hour/half an hour, then crap out saying it hasn't been authorised yet which it has)
and
b) someone from Arturia would get back to me about it.
I know it is the weekend, but being a music product, a lot of support will be needed at the weekend, perhaps?
Anyway, I have logged two support tickets, neither of which appears under the ticket number they have sent me. Page not found when I click on the link.
Anyone?
