Analog lab SERIAL number not Activation code. Did you get it?

There's a lot of us on here having problems with activation codes for our new unusable Analog Labs.

Did any of you even get a serial number?

In my account it mentions a serial number but it's the same as my Analog Factory and causes an error when I try to get a new activation code via the solution that Arturia are currently offering.

You guys are having reg problems I just picked up a new lab49 yesterday from guitar center that was probably my first mistake!!but there was no registration card in the box is this somthing I'm gonna need to take up with guitar center or arturia?They describe it and I guess it looks like a credit card there was nothing in the package like that at all.

Please Make sure there is no quick start in the box, the Serial Number and Activation codes are usually sticked in it.

The serial number together with the unlock code should be sticked (from the inside) on the cover of the laboratory user's manual handbook you should have received.

Same as Derick1978...  I dont have the registration card and the code too.  Please instruct me how to get it.
If there is not any way to have it...  I think that I should return the product... hate to deal with this kind of issue.
