LFO/sequence tempo sync with ableton tempo

Hello. Sorry if this is a simple question that has been gone over before. Can someone tell me how to sync the LFO rate or sequence rate on the MB to Ableton tempo without using tap tempo? Thank you. -M.

you need to do that in live.
go to preferences -> "midi/sync" and activate sync at for "Output: MicroBrute"
now your sequencer on the MB should blink according to your bpm in live when
you hit play (the lower small grey square next to "TAP" should blink red)
