In favor of customer dedication.
« on: February 09, 2014, 09:54:51 pm »
Dear Arturia,

I have been a loyal customer and I think if you could please consider recalling the minilab and just upgrade me and the customers of this product to something a bit more usable would be pleasant.  Me and many others have been loyal and patiently waiting for a response.  Please and thanks.

I sold off all my music gear due to money issues.  I thought since I have decent software why not utilize what I have.  This thing looked perfect.  French, might I say it's going to be awesome quality.  With much due respect I don't think I can tell you how much I miss my hardware gear, plus the issue I had with my minibrute.  The minilab being my 2nd owned arturia product and also having an issue bugs me more.  Being stuck with this and not being able to play just sucks.  Kills my mood to make anything.  All I think now is, "Why midi, whyyy!".

Fortunately I still have a Roland Gaia synth, so I can use this, the Minilab, well thats gathering dust in its box. I refuse to use it due to the problems...   I am getting a different Midi keyboard very shortly....So I shall be selling my Roland Gaia soon too :))

The SH-01 is pretty nice for the price!  I use to have a SH-201 and man did it really come close to the JP-8000.  The amount of programming space was a pretty nice range.  The SH-01 is pretty sweet though.  Enjoy it.

Talking about great complex sounds, Goon I just bought a Novation Bass Station 2 man it is really capable.  They integrated digital controls with analog so nicely.  Knobs are smooth as butter.  I moved on arturia, the minibrute and minilab both failed me while Novation delivered which to me is at least respectable.  It's nice to have something functioning.  Thanks for your time or should I say none of your time arturia.  Goon keep up the good work.  Thanks for your advice on moving on.

P.S. arturia, my bass station 2 can do fifths, arpeggiate, sequence and have a rational conversation with me while drinking Italian soda at the same time.  ::)
