New to Arturia and analog experience controller

Hello,

This may seem like a dumb question. But is there any kind of update or download that would allow my analog experience 61 controller knobs to all respond correctly to each of the Arturia synth programs? I have no idea how to program the controller so that the mod wheel responds to Jupiter 8V or any of the other buttons. They do respond in THE LABORATORY but when I launch the individual programs, which I have all of them, my controller is not configured to them. Looking for a way to do this.... Thanks.
