Bought a Spark display model, came with nothing

Hi there, I just finally bought the original spark (large) after wanting it for years!  I got a good deal on the display model from Guitar Center.  But it came with nothing, no disc or activation code, or anything other than the device. 

Can someone help me? 

The store was Guitar Center in Manchester, CT.  All I have is the SN# on the back, no activation code...
