MicroBrute Patch Template - HELP NEEDED!

Hi!! I just picked up a Micro, and I'm having trouble with two thing regarding templates. Any help is appreciated:

1. Where can I find a good blank template? I find some links, but they are all down
2. Users are posting their patches on a clean, orange template (example attached). How are they doing it? Is there an only patch adjuster or something. They all look the same quality.

1.) If you bought your brute new, you get some blank templates with it.

2.) they use this site: http://mbpatches.com/micro/ You can edit the knobs & switches and post them (not done it myself as too busy trying others that have posted theirs.
