KeyLab25 Does Not Work At All

It shows up as a USB Midi Device in Mac's Audio Midi Setup, and that is all. There is no screen reading, no midi being sent, no nothing. What. The. Heck.

When the keyboards boot, what does the screen says ?
Are you on mac or win?
if on win, can you send a screenshot about your peripherals?
