Pitch wheel spring suddenly "snapped" on Keylab 61
« on: October 31, 2013, 01:46:53 am »
Hello.  I just got my Keylab 61 today and while playing with it, it seems the pitch wheel snapped a spring or something.

I was holding a chord and slowly drifting the pitch wheel down when suddenly I heard a "tick" inside the keyboard and the pitch wheel lost its ability to return-to-center.

Is this something that would be considered user-serviceable, or should I RMA it?  (gosh, how long will the turnaround be from Canada??)

EDIT: I also noticed two of the sharp keys (a Eb and an F#) are not as sensitive as the others.

I will be contacting the vendor for a refund.  Pity, it really is a nice-looking controller.
