Unable to import saved program banks in Sonar X3

I am in the process of migrating from Sonar X2 to X3 but have hit a snag in that none of my installed (or reinstalled) Arturia VST synths specifically Mg Modular V or Arp 2600 V can  import saved program banks in X3. No problem in X2 or any previous versions of Sonar. Stanalone imports with a problem too.

Hi

could you give info on the plug versions, platforms etc.
We encountered a small issue with x3 using our vst3 which is now solved, but maybe there is still something.
does anyone experience this too?

Importing program banks for Modular V & ARP2600V is possible with Sonar X3 no problem i tested it.
If it's impossible to do it for you even in standalone maybe the best for you is to try to reinstall those plugs.
Which kind of problem when opening them in standalone ?
