Same happened to me
What I did was send an email using the reply to the registered email sent to you
Letting you know your Mininlab as been registered.
And they sent me a code straight away.
Only thing is I have hooked up to my Mac. But the lights flashed in sequence as in the youtube vids
but nothing is working. Just no response nor from the software when turning the knobs on the keyboard
