For the Encoder Problems, this can be related to the "Relative MODE" versus the "Absolute MODE"
To switch Between them, you must do;
Click on Shift+1 = Absolute MODE
Click on Shift+2 = Relative MODE
Hello, I have tried this numerous times and it doesn't work for me. Further, the MCC that came with it doesn't have a setting for it, it just has Standard and Hold. Is there a solution??? I would love for this feature to work- WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT IT!
