Finally found where to put the Remote Script, but no Purple Hand.

I just spent three hours trying to find where to put the Ableton script. All you have to do is go in Applications, and open the content, etc.
Still, that script doesn't work. No Purple hand.

Tomorrow, i'm going back to the store to test the Ableton script on other Minilabs. If it doesn't work, i'm asking for a refund.

Went back to the store, and tested three Minilabs. I even tried one of them without upgrading the firmware. None work. I got a refund.

Arturia makes nice videos for Youtube, but it's all a lie - at least concerning the Minilab.

I'm sorry for your bad experience, maybe the store you went in did not upgrade the firmware or install the script.
This script works fine, I'm sorry you had difficulties installing it.
I would be happy to know what was unclear in the document so we could improve it and give future users a better experience.
