I had received my upgrade discount voucher for the lab (have the laboratory and 3 synths) - but when paying, paypal went down and voucher no longer valid (only 1 usage - not actually used). Have emailed sales (22/6) and have a case no 132555 - not heard anything since and worried that as promo ran out yesterday, I've lost out - any suggestions.
