The New update pitch issues
« on: June 30, 2013, 04:48:06 pm »
I downloaded the 1.04 and now all my pitch is a whole step lower than it should be.  Also, I can't seem to access any manuals for AnalogLab or the minilab.

I should also add that the link to arturia.net for the manuals doesn't have the manuals, it tells me about getting FL.

Hi,

Indeed the URL is pointing to aruria.net, but when you change  “.net” in “.com” in the URL the download start immediately.

This problem ".net" vs ".com" is solved

For the Pitch issue, I'm interested to know if this happens on all keyboards, or all presets?

Miraculously, today when I went to the link for the manuals, they appeared on my computer.  Yes, the pitch is a little over a whole step off, but now with the manuals, when I get home tonight from work, I should be able to look it up and read about it.  I'm thinking it just needs to go to a factory default or something.  Thanks for the help guys!

I wasn't able to find anything that would correct the pitch in the manuals.  Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out.  Under Audio Midi Settings, I had it set to Windows Realtek player instead of ASIO.  Anyone else with this problem can solve it that way.
