Trouble Getting New Auth Key

Hello.  I purchased a new computer and want to reinstall my Wurlitzer-V program, but I get keep an "authorization already in use error." I followed the steps online to request a new auth code and keep getting an error when I try to submit the form.  I also submitted a form in standard tech support, but I never got an acknowledgment via email that it went through. I do not have a ticket number, but I do have my product serial number that's attached to my username over on the regular Arturia site. I want to get this up and running as soon as possible, so any help you can provide would be great.  Thanks.

Hi

I'm sorry you did not get an answer, what you can do is just to answer the mail with the ticket number that you received from the support, just in case your ticket was marked as answered by error.
For this kind of issue the support is clearly the best solution.
