Minilab crashing while saving presets!
« on: June 03, 2013, 08:43:16 pm »

Hi,

I am running Minilab on Cakewalk's X2, Acer I3, 6gb Ram, Windows 8. I been trying to save custom presets and instruments but every now and the Sonar crashes. Perhaps it has to do with Cakewalk or the Minilab? Is anyone having this problem?

Hello,

Please check the version 1.0.3 of Analog Lab here
http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?topic=13294.0

This issue is fixed (among others) in this version that will be officially announced very soon.

Kind regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Thank you so much for your prompt response regarding this manner.  I downloaded the new version on your link. Here is a list of improvements that I experienced:

1.-Accurate response on the preset knob.

    2.-Improved latency.

3.-Able to save on the fly.

List of setbacks:

    1.-Overloading of CPU meter.

2.-Sudden audio clipping and shut down.

3.-Same slow reaction time on rest of knobs.

Unfortunately I am going to have to revert back to the old version do to the overload on the CPU :(

Thanks,

I'm having the crash while saving presets with 1.0.3 on a Mac Pro. I sent a link to crash logs to: technical-inquiry@arturia.com as well as to Thomas.

I hope these help, as the software has tons of potential.
