Selling V3 Collection

I want to sell my V3 Collection license to a friend in another country.
My license is currently on a Steinberg key.
How do I go about this?
Some say I must send him the eLicenser, others say it can be done byt removing the license from the key, and deleting the registration from my account.
I sent a support ticket in about it, no response.
Anyone have a clear answer for me?

You need to transfer the licence to another USB device and send it to the new owner along with the serial number registration code and unlock code, along with the software of course.
Don't forget to delete it from your Arturia account.

You do the licence transfer in the elicencer control centre
