still crashing when saving user kits

as said in the title

I thought it was when I was saving an image mostly, but it crashes during saves pretty randomly...just now it was after a pattern change, but its about the third or fourth crash this morning

Also in a couple of projects in Ableton 8.4 when opened the controller doesn't automatically connect, I think this is when using laboratory in the same project...the keyboard syncs but the spark controller doesn't, so I wonder if there's a conflict there

The user kit or the Ableton project?

If you can reproduce the issue with an empty ableton project, I need only the user kit.
If not maybe the ableton project would be needed too.

Sorry Kevin, they are separate issues

I just made another user kit using different samples and it crashed twice, once when saving a panning automation, and once just when it was playing, no saving involved

The other problem is that in two projects in ABleton with Spark and Laboratory, only the Laboratory keyboard automatically syncs with the software...I have to open the spark plug then press the connect button for it to connect


this is the last user kit Ive been working on (I doubt youll replicate it as its random)

Ive just loaded two instances of laboratory and one instance of spark (with a user kit, MFB522 also attached) and only the keyboard connects automatically like my earlier projects.

Hi,
Spark is not connecting to the controller until you open the GUI so even if it is not what you want, it is the expected behavior.
I will try to see if I can fix that in a future update.
Concerning the crash, I will check you preset and get back to you.
