Let me add that I am a touring musician and music producer in NY. I hoped to give Arturia my business and even develop a relationship as I work in 3 professional recording and mixing studios here in Brooklyn, and I'm on the road touring 200 days a year.
I used to rely on Arturia synths for production, but at this point I'm looking into alternatives (namely, buying 2 actual vintage synths today)
You just lost a huge potential customer. Bummer.
