I am having problems with my eLicenser.
I recived an activation code from this website.
When i try to download a license, it won't download it, because download fails due the incorrect internet settings. I do have an internet connection. I even tried with my modem and also with a router.
it says that:
License Download failed
-A connection to the license could not be established, either due to incorrect network settings, or because the license server is currently not available (e.g due to maintense work)
Please verify your computers network settings and try again later, or contact your software vendors support department in case the problem persists.
What do i have to do? I am very sad about te arturia analog experience 49 what did i buy.
