I've been setting up some patches for Duran Duran songs for my 80's band, and have suitable sounds set up on the JP8V within Mainstage 2 for the classic random arpeggiator as used on Hungry Like The Wolf and Rio.
It's picking up MIDI clock from my Korg Triton Extreme, and works ok when I click the Random switch on the JP8V GUI.
However, I can't get the arpeggiator to save as ON - i.e. I want the arpeggiator to be ready to run as soon as I select the patch, not have to click the Random button again to start it.
Am I doing something wrong?
Any pointers gratefully appreciated.
