I am getting frustrated over how you treat me as a customer.
Why donīt you answer my mails?
I have still not received this express package.
I have had 4 express deliveres from Native, 2 from Apple among others the last two months. None has had any problem finding my address. There are phones and email. No problem.
I am building a new setup for a customer. I know now that Arturia will not be part of my future systems. I am sorry to say that but I can not work with people that does not respond.
You just ignore my problem .
I want a refund. It is now one month since I ordered with express deliverey and you are doing absolutely nothing. At least you do not tell me anything.
Please refund my money.
