I just bought Arturia VCollection3 and elicenser won't let me on. Why do they punish the paying customer like this? And if you're going to screw up, at least email me back!!!!
The company hasn't gotten back to me in 4 days and Guitar Center doesn't take back software. Is it worth even exchanging if they'll let me? Sounds like a horrible company. is it going to work in the future?

I seriously question purchasing anything Arturia or dongle protected ever again. this has been a horrific experience.
