USB miniMg
« on: October 16, 2005, 12:33:53 pm »
hi all,
Does Arturia have any plans to make a USB controller for my miniMg v. I 've just hold of the USB korg ms20 and it really does work well. The ms20 was a good synth, but not in the same class as the miniMg. so can it be done.
can you imagine a USB Mg modular with all the patch leads and controllers!!.
                          cheers Ian

thanks Tom,
I think I seen this unit some years ago, but it would only work with the Creamware hardware soundcard and there MiniMg software synth. I really did think of buying it!!. Glad I waited for the Arturia version. Controlling these software synths is were its at, I use a Evolution UC-33e (while brilliant, it still does not have enough slider and knobs to controller the really big synths). I'm sure hardware and software company's can work together, we don't want to end up with just roland, yamaha and korg who need to 100,000 units of everything!.
                               cheers Ian
