Minifreak has audio in so you've pretty much already done it. Basically just take the Digital FX/Analog Filter sections from the Minifreak and port some of the Pigments FX/FX Collection and make it a Stereo in/out smaller form factor FX device with ability for multiple FX instances (like 5+ stacked FX), presets, USBC, midi and all that good stuff. Maybe throw in a couple more interesting reverbs, delays, distortions, etc on future updates to keep us smiling like you’re doing with the Microfreak. I think it would complement your Freak and FX Collection nicely. That’s it, that's the idea
