I'm sorry to hear that.
I have 2 questions :
- did you actually have a license for AUG BRASS?
- If, yes, did you install AUG BRASS prior to launching ALV?
If that is the case, i recommend:
- Opening AUG BRASS to see if it's well installed and running
- Then open ALV and check if it's there
If it's not in ALV:
- Delete the file named "db.db3" located here
win: "C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets\db.db3"
mac: "HD/Library/Arturia/Presets/db.db3"
Then relaunch any Arturia App, in your case, Analog Lab, it will rebuild this file and all should be here.
