There is a warning in the manual:
"Pressing the Panel button can't be undone; it's meant to be used as soon as you select a sound
and before you start editing it. If you select a patch, edit it, and then hit Panel, you lose your previous
editions, so be careful!"
Of course I accidentally pressed that button...
And all my work was lost.
So I thought to myself: What feature could salvage this? If there is a temp save of the current edit say, on the last preset slot (reserved for this). The save will only be overwritten every time you LOAD A NEW PATCH and only if you made any edits before you did so. Or there could be 2-3 temp saves in case you need to check several unsaved edits. There could also be a quick load last edit function which easily loads the temp save.
