Disable start/stop out to make arpeggiator work in hw setup

Quite happy with the unit, but I can't use the arpeggiator in my setup. Would it be possible to disable midi start/stop messages coming out of the Keystep please?

I can't set all my other gear in the midi chain to "internal" as everything is synced.
