AFAIK, R______ from SteptimeWare spoke to R_____ at Arturia USA.
But, this was not the first time I tried to get things moving by contacting the distributor.
I think they are feeling like they need to take more of an active role in helping consumers deal with Arturia service.
But, I am completely in the dark as to how the Distributor/Manufacturer relationship works between the two companies. So, just happy to finally have this chapter resolved.
