Preset Browser Gui Bug
« on: January 26, 2023, 07:32:37 pm »
Hi, I would like some help with this problem I have with many of the synthesizers on the collection, including Pigments too.

This is that happens:

(This is a picture of Pigments but the exact same issue happens with all of the synths).

I've tried deleting the db.db3 file, and giving access to all users, but nothing changed. What can I do?

Help please! And thanks.

Hello,

Strange. No such issue here.

Does'nt it happen when using the standalone applications?
Are your graphic card updated?
Which OS do you use?

If it's all your applications then i doubt it's a install issue, but you can try to reinstall oen application just in case.
I assume your Arturia applications are updated.

Hi,

I've reinstalled them several times. Nothing seems to help.
It happens with the standalone version too.
My GPU is a GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q. Laptop. The drivers are up to date
I'm using Windows 11.

And yes, everything is updated.

Recently i replied another thread where someone had a similar exspensive gamer graphic card. Unfortunately i don't know how that turned out.
If you have some settings on the card to disable speciel accelerators or other speciel gamer functionality, then i can suggest, you try that.
If you are using a speciel app for your graphic card that does'nt have to run, then i also suggest you try to close that app.

Otherwise i suggest you contact Arturia support.
