Program change doesn't work untill I open plugin window

I use Arturia V collection synths for live shows for more than 5 years. After the last update I noticed a strange bug.
Program change clips don't work when i just launch my project in Ableton. But when i open each of plugin's window at least once, it starts working again. I'm loosing my confidence before tomorrow's gig. Does anyone have this problem? What can I do to fix that?

I just logged on to post about the same thing. I have Analog Lab V and Jun-6 set up with playlists and program change controller settings that enable me to hop right in and jam/record. The rest of my setup works as soon as I hit the on switch, but my Arturia v instruments don't. I to have to manually open up the plugin window, then change my MSB one time to get them to work.

It would be really nice if they responded to program changes without having to manually open the window.

Support said me try to clean prefs in Arturia Software Center but i had already used time machine to restore the version before last update. Now it works fine but i'm afraid to install any updates. How have you fixed it?

Can you clarify what you mean by clean preferences?
