Please add an option to merge OUT and THRU.
Usecase: using KSP as the computer MIDI interface, instruments are plugged to MIDI OUT 2 (THRU); but then if I need to momentarily use the KSP seq, I need to switch MIDI port (or disable MIDI thru), both options quite annoying.
If an option to merge OUT and THRU was available, I would enable that, and always use the same (or both) MIDI output port both for internal sequencing and for sequencing from a computer.
