Analog Lab not GETting JSPA soundbank [SOLVED]

Hi,
French speaking here, if there's a better way to ask, please tell me
wanted to get the new free JSPA soundbank. tried several ways (may be that's why it doesn't work)
Downloaded the EXE file from Arturia's website
executed it, Maybe I have to launch it in admin mode?
followed website instructions (In Analog Lab, sound banks, click on JSPA's GET button, hourglass then returns to blue "GET", not dark "installed" as other ones I got earlier.
But there's a check mark on the top right of the soundbank, as if it was in a pending state.
Any ideas? Thx!

EDIT : Issue solved.
Went back to it today and clicked on the JSPA pic, not the GET button, all presets were enabled. Closed Analog V, relaunched it, blue GET button is replaced with dardk "installed" caption.
May be a lot of users asked for it and Arturia's servers took some time to get all installations right.

Are the soundpack is among your products on your Arturia account? Be sure it is.
I can't see it should hurts to try to click GET anyway.

Also try to open ASC. Sometimes that can help.

If the issue continue, then i suggest you contact Arturia support thru your account.

Same issue here. I seem to remember that it would take a while to show up (I think that was the last freebie plug-in).

Figured it out.  Had to use Clean Prefs in Arturia Software Centre for Analog 5.  It worked then.
