Where has the Polyphony option gone?

What has happened to the POLY option that was available on the Lower Toolbar when Pigments was initially released?

I need to reduce polyphony because Pigments is so CPU hungry.

The Pigments user manual is also out of date now.

The recent changes made to the app need to be included in the documentation so as not to confuse new users.

In my humble opinion, the options described in the user manual should at least correspond to the options available in the app itself.
