Cannot Activate Modular V3

When I attempt to open Modular V3, either solo or through Cubase 12, I enter my credentials at its opening screen but keep receiving the following error: "This software is not activated on this computer. Error 06 Failed to Sign In. Please retry" (see attachment). Yet accordin, to the Arturia website, this software is registered.  How do I solve this annoyance?

Registred and activated is two different things.
Have you activated the software in Arturia Software Center (ASC)?

Thank you. I did not know about ASC.  Installed it and activated Modular V
