My Minilab Mk2 just came without an ableton live lite serial number

In the "How to get started with Live Lite:" section, #3 says Live will guide me through an authorization process and I will be asked for a serial number.

The field where the serial number is supposed to be, is blank. Please let me know how I can get a serial number.

Same. I scoured the support page here and at Ableton but didn't get any real solid answer. If it's any consolation, the version that comes w MKII is barely useful - you can get the Lite version fo $99 and it's definitely more useful.

In January 2022 I have opened my brand new Minilab MkII and after downloading all the necessary software and opening accounts, there is no Ableton Live Lite product serial number in my My Accounts page under Products. ALL is not even listed as a product at all. Following the pamphlets in the packaging does not work as the product is not on my product page. Doesn't anyone at the factory routinely check that there installation systems work for new customers? Very disappointed so far with this product that has yet to produce a sound. All of the one-star ratings for this product on Amazon as a result of buyers' setup experiences are totally accurate.

I found mine at under "my devices", then "show more info" button near the device, and then under "Other included licenses" section.
