Polybrute Connect shows "Firmware update pending" when clicking on FW Update btn

As I'm trying to diagnose my other issue with display freezing on VCF envelope (currently emailing with Arturia support) I noticed that Polybrute Connect shows "Firmware update successful" after the update itself.

But when I close Polybrute Connect and open it again, it shows "Firmware update pending". Does anyone else experience this? Or what does it show for you when you click on the "FW Update" button in the bottom right?

It shows that even after the Polybrute gets restarted. I've tried Polybrute Connect 1.x and 2.x and firmware both 1.x and 2.x, using two different USB cables and both a Windows and a MacOS machine, and it happens in every scenario

That's nothing to worry about - it does the exact same thing here (I'm on on Windows BTW).

I take that message to mean that there is no update currently, and that it's pending, as in possibly available at a later date.
