Bank not changing tracks in Logic
« on: February 28, 2022, 11:20:48 pm »
As I understand, the track buttons control tracks 1 - 8 on Logic. With Bank on, I should be able to control tracks 9 - 16 but it just goes back to 1 - 8. How do I control tracks 9 onwards?

Any ideas?

I have this issue too but in Cubase 11. I'm thinking its a set up issue but I don't know how to fix it.

I’ve messaged technical support who have suggested:

Factory reset ✅
Control Surface reset ✅
Use Mackie Control and set output and input to Keylab II ✅

…still can’t control any tracks beyond track 8 in DAW mode.

Any ideas anyone?

I got mine to work by pushing the bank button. But you have to have a multiple of eight tracks for the banking to work evenly

I opened 16 new tracks in Logic. I can access the first 8 from the track buttons. If I press Bank, nothing happens. If I press Next, track 8 button controls track 9 but that’s as far as it can go!

All other DAW controls work. It’s so frustrating. Any ideas, anyone????
