SOLVED !!
vst3 file hadn't overwritten the previous one.
That was down to me - I 'Nest' my plugin files ...
Some updaters find them, some don't 🙄
I'll leave this up, just in case.

Arturia Pigments 3.5 not opening for me in Bitwig OR Studio One
Standalone opens and works fine except it's not picking up the Graphics for my Expansion Banks (not a Major Fault)
Is it just me having this problem ?
