How do i get my analog lab V to respond on the velocity control in FL studio's piano roll?

Hi, are you talking about velocity or aftertouch? Velocity it should just be a case of adjusting the velocity however you normally do in FL Studio. The Arturia software synths most definitely respond to different velocity.

Analog Lab does respond to velocity like MajurFubar write. But be aware, that it's only for sounds that's programmed to use velocity in the applications where the sounds is programmed.
Try a factory preset made in Piano V. That should work with velocity.
