digging playing with this again
one thing I'm often wishing for, is when I have a good groove going when jamming around by myself,
Got a good sequence, been playing with all the knobs etc on my synth..
and I want to switch it up and create a fresh pattern on the fly, you hit the next pattern button, it blinks at you while it waits for the appropriate time to launch
and on the first beat of the this new phrase, I have a moment of dead air if I need to change any of the default settings (eg. enable mono mode)
Would it be possible in a firmware update, to add the ability to change any sequence settings for the "soon to launch" sequence during this moment?
I guess if I prep better, I could go through and switch all the sequences on my mono synth to mono in advance, but still, I think it would be really useful when improvising.
Especially as I sometimes want to control mono patches on my poly synth sometimes too...
Would I be alone in wanting this functionality?
