Hello, I've had the KeyLab61 for about 6 months and it has worked nicely so far, but for a couple of weeks I have been having connectivity issues. my PC and DAW (Ableton Live 11) both recognize my device as a MIDI device, but - even though the tracking options in ableton are all active (screenshot below) - no midi information can be sent from my device. I have tried to use Arturia MIDI Center and it does not recognize my device either. This is very frustrating, and I'm hoping someone can shine a light on this problem!
