I don't know much about MIDI, so I was hoping someone in here might be able to help me. Apologies in advance if my questions are stupid.
I just bought a Beatstep Pro, and I was wondering if it is possible to:
A) Set it to receive MIDI clock via USB from FL Studio, and
B) Have it send MIDI notes back to a software synth or drum machine in FL Studio at the same time.
I have read through the MIDI documentation for both the BSP and FL Studio, but nothing in there has helped (Send Master Sync, etc.). At the moment I have to manually match the tempo on the BSP with FL Studio, which is annoying because I have a feeling that what I want to do is definitely possible. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
