My matrix brute has been good to me but there is one standout issue. Whenever the synth is connected to my PreSonus 2 input audio interface (running into my daw on my macbook via usb), there is a loud distorted hum. This is not just a hiss, it sounds like a guitar idling with the distortion turned on. This makes it impossible to sample one shot drums as the audio clip is ruined by the hissing. The issue does not occur plugged into the headphone port, and I have tried switching out cables/ports. Any suggestions?
