I have the MIDI Out on my computer routed to the MIDI In on my MicroFreak for easier recording. Every time I press play, FL Studio automatically sets the Wave knob's value to 50%. Especially with FM, this ruins most of my presets. (I have tried restarting, and coming back after weeks it's still there.)
